Tiny House Cottages, LLC is a wholesale manufacturer that designs and delivers environmentally friendly Tiny House & guest cottages to our authorized distributors in specific territories nationwide. We do this in a way that maximizes your income while at the same time keeping your overhead and administrative headaches very low.
We are not seeking big upfront franchise fees, but we do require you to have a modest amount of financial backing ($30,000 – $75,000) for us to work with you to get a demonstration models installed in your territory and for initial advertising & promotional materials and other important start up costs. Our expectation is that you would make $60,000 – $95,000 a year minimum, working 25 – 40 hours a week. We have contacts in your area for you to set up your demonstration model at a free location, typically in conjunction with a nursery or garden center who appreciates the business your model will attract. Most of your work is actually from your home and computer and of course time is also required to meet potential buyers at your model by appointment. Our experience is that 90% of the people that come and look at a model want to buy one!
